Dayana Aguilera - Miss World Costa Rica 2010
19 year old Dayana Aguilera was crown winner Miss World 2010 Costa Rica by Angie Alfaro, Miss World Costa Rica 2009 during the beauty pageant held at the Beacon Escazu in San Jose on March 18th.
